摘 要:[目的]针对栽培黑麦为异花授粉植物的特点,对其单株后代群体的农艺及品质性状进行综合评价,以便为小麦育种实践提供参考依据。[方法]对4份栽培黑麦材料的20个单株后代群体进行了农艺性状、蛋白质含量和氨基酸组成分析。[结果]农艺性状方差分析发现,品种内株系间存在较高水平的差异。与川农16相比,各株系具有植株高大、有效穗多、大穗、多小穗、千粒重低、蛋白质含量略高和赖氨酸含量明显较高等特点。穗粒数与蛋白质含量间存在简单负相关,其他农艺性状与蛋白质含量间的相关关系及偏相关关系不显著。蛋白质含量与谷氨酸和酪氨酸的含量呈极显著正相关,与精氨酸和脯氨酸呈极显著负相关,与组氨酸和亮氨酸呈显著负相关,而与其他氨基酸之间相关关系不显著。通径分析表明,赖氨酸含量对蛋白质含量存在较弱的正向直接作用。根据蛋白质及氨基酸含量进行聚类结果表明,第Ⅲ类的4个株系,即PI346416-1、PI346416-3、PI346416-4和PI412949-2,除丝氨酸含量居中外,其他氨基酸及蛋白质含量均最高。[结论]栽培黑麦对小麦产量、品质育种具有重要的利用价值,该研究的结果可为其进一步筛选和利用提供理论依据。[Objective]Because of the cross-pollination characters of rye,the study aimed to evaluate the agronomic characters and nutritive quality of lines derived from some rye cultivar individuals,in order to provide wheat breeding with important information.[Method] The agronomic traits,protein content and amino acid composition were investigated in 20 offspring strains of the 4 rye cultivars.[Result] A high level of variation was found by ANOVA between strains within the rye cultivar.Compared with Chuannong 16,each strain contained higher plant,more panicle per plant,long spike,more spikelet per ear,more grains per spiker,lower 1 000-grain weight,a little higher protein content and obviously higher Lys content.The grain per spike was in negative significant correlation with the protein content,and the effect between other agronomic traits and the protein content were not quite significant.The protein content was extremely significantly correlated with the contents of Glu,Tyr,Arg and Pro,negatively significantly correlated with the contents of His and Leu,and had no significant correlation with other amino acid contents.The path analysis suggested that the direct effect of Lys on protein content were lower.Based on the protein and amino acid contents,the strains could be classified into 3 groups,4 strains PI346416-1,PI346416-3,PI346416-4 and PI412949-2 in Group Ⅲ contained the highest protein and amino acid content except Ser content.[Conclusion] These results suggested that cultivated rye was one of the most important resources for wheat breeding,and the study would be useful to its further screening and utilization in wheat breeding practices.
