摘 要:订单教育是在高校多年产学合作办学的基础上逐渐产生的一种校企从学生选拔、培养、考核到就业全程合作,企业为学校提供一定的办学经费和实践教学条件的产学合作办学模式。在职业教育领域,由于企业对学生的职业技能要求比较明确、单一,随着校企在实践教育环节合作的日益紧密和科技发展对学生职业技能要求的提高,逐渐形成了成熟的订单教育模式。在本科、研究生教育领域,为使学校人才培养更加符合社会需求,近年来也产生了订单教育模式。该模式是高校解决结构性就业矛盾和提高教学质量的有效途径,必将进一步发展。Order education,coming into being based on many years' production-education cooperation in universities,is a kind of omnidistance cooperation mode between universities and corporations during the process of students' selection,cultivation,testing and employment,during which corporations provide certain teaching outlay and practice conditions.In the field of vocational education,as students' vocation skill needed by corporations is very specific and single,mature order education mode was gradually formed with the close cooperation of enterprises and universities in practice education and the increasing demand of scientific and technological development to students' vocational skills.In the field of undergraduate and postgraduate education,order education mode also appeared recently to make school talents training more consistent with the social demand.This mode is an effective way of dealing with the contradictions of structural unemployment and of improving educational qualities,and it will have a further development.
