摘 要:目的探讨简易标准化病人(ssP)在护理评估中的应用。方法教师提前挑选4个典型病历,艺术处理成剧本供SSP使用。从2006级护理本科生中招募10名SSP志愿者,并进行培训,使其具有模拟者、指导者、考核者三重作用。对163名护理本科生进行干预,干预前为学生角色扮演,干预方法为SSP辅助教学。在干预前后分别对学生进行护理评估能力自我评价调查,对干预后学生进行对SSP辅助教学评价的调查,对SSP进行学生功能性健康型态评估能力及综合能力评价调查。所有数据采用SPSS15.0软件进行分析。结果干预后,学生自评及SSP对学生的评价均良好。SSP辅助教学优于学生间相互角色扮演;提高了学生学习的积极性和主动性、问诊技巧与功能性健康型态评估能力及综合能力;能够及时反馈,找出错误予以纠正;为专业课程的学习打下了基础;培养了学生整体护理的观念,增强了学生的专业意识。结论SSP辅助教学得到了学生的认可,能够提高教学效果,如何更好地推广与熟练运用,仍需要进一步的探讨。Objective To explore the application effect of simple standardized patient(SSP)on nursing assessment. Methods The teachers chose 4 typical cases in advance. Ten senior nursing undergraduates were recruited as SSP volunteers. After special training,the SSP volunteers had multiple roles of simulator,instructor as well as examiner. Totally 163 nursing undergraduates were given intervention,the students received role playing before the intervention,and the intervention was SSP assisted teaching. A questionnaire survey about self-evaluation on nursing assessment abilities was conducted in the students before and after the intervention. After the intervention,the students were investigated in their evaluation on SSP assisted teaching. Meanwhile,the SSP volunteers were investigated in their evaluation on the students' performance. Data were analyzed by SPSS 15.0. Results After the intervention,the students' self-evaluation and simple standardized patients' evaluation on the students were both well. SSP assisted teaching was better than role playing,and it could raise the students' enthusiasm,activeness,inquiry skills,comprehen- sive abilities and the assessment abilities of functional health natterus. SSP assisted teaching could nromntlv alve feedback.find and correct the error,enhance the students' study interest,cultivate their concept of holistic nursing,and reinforce their professional awareness. Conclusions SSP assisted teaching thoroughly obtains students' consent and improves the teaching effect,while it needs further exploration to generalize and proficiently use SSP assisted teaching.
