越南干部教育培训的发展历程与现况

摘　　要：越南十分重视干部教育培训工作,并将其贯穿于越南社会主义革命、建设和革新开放的各个时期,以胡志明国家政治行政学院为代表的越南干部教育培训院校为越南的革命、建设和发展培养了一批又一批高素质的干部。作为越南干部教育培训的主阵地,今天的胡志明国家政治行政学院,正在越南革新开放的伟大事业中发挥着越来越重要的作用。Vietnam attachs great importance to leadership training whenever in revolution, construction or in the new period of opening-up .On behalf of Vietnam executive leadership academies, He Chi Minh National Academy of Polities and Public Administration cultivates lots of high-qualified leaders for Vietnamese revolution, construction and opening-up, and is now playing tt bigger and bigger role in Vietnam.
