摘 要:对鼠李糖乳杆菌LT22株培养物中主要活性物质进行了检测,以期为该菌株的开发和利用提供试验数据。用最小二乘法绘制标准曲线得出乳酸、葡萄糖胺和粗肽聚糖质量浓度;用试管稀释法测定48~120h培养物的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果表明:鼠李糖乳杆菌LT22株培养物中乳酸质量浓度为0.159g/mL;其培养物经破碎后粗肽聚糖质量浓度为0.51g/L,葡萄糖胺的质量浓度为0.0076g/L;MIC分别为1∶8,1∶16,1∶16,1∶8,1∶8;MBC分别为1∶4,1∶4,1∶8,1∶4,1∶4。Important active compound of Lactobacillus rhamnosus LT22 culture medium was tested to the development and research in the trial in future. Made a standard curve with method of least square,the results of lactic add, glucoseamine and peptidoglycan were showed. The minireal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and the minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) of Lactobacillus rhamnosus L3-22 culture medium fermented from 48 h to 120 h were studied with tube dilution method. All trails showed:The output of lactic acid in Lactobacillus rhamnosus L3-22 culture medium is 0.159 g/mE After cell quassation, the output of peptidoglycan is 0.51 mg/mL, the output of glucoseamine is 0.0076 mg/ mL. The MIC and MBC of Lactobacillus rhamnosus L3-22 culture medium fermented from 48 h to 120 h were studied with tube dilution method. The MIC ofLactobacillus rhamnosus L3-22 culture medium fermented 48h to120h are relatively 1:8,1:16,1:16,1:8,1:8. The MBC are relatively 1:4,1:4,1:8,1:4,1:4.
