帕金森叠加综合征患者生存质量影响因素

摘　　要：目的:探讨帕金森叠加综合征患者的生存质量及其影响因素。方法:采用回顾性病例分析,收集47例帕金森叠加综合征患者及50例帕金森病患者的资料,根据病情的严重程度进行Hoehn&Yahr(HY)分级,根据UP-DRS测评数据,采用多重线形回归模型筛选影响帕金森叠加综合征患者生存质量的因素。结果:UPDRSⅠ评分与患者的病程(β=2.08,P=0.001)、文化程度(β=-2.89,P<0.001)和药物治疗(β=-0.62,P<0.001)关系密切;UPDRSⅡ评分与病程(β=1.89,P<0.001)、HY分级(β=3.21,P<0.001)及年龄(β=0.23,P=0.001)关系密切;UPDRSⅢ评分与HY分级(β=2.76,P<0.001)、药物治疗(β=-1.78,P=0.001)关系密切;UPDRS总评分与病程(β=1.39,P<0.001)、HY分级(β=2.65,P<0.001)及药物治疗(β=-1.57,P<0.001)关系密切。结论:病程、HY分级及药物治疗是帕金森叠加综合征患者生存质量的主要影响因素。Aim：To explore the affecting factors of survival quality of parkinsonism plus syndrome patients. Methods： The data of Hoehn and Yahr（HY） degree and UPDRS score from 47 cases of parkinsonism plus syndrome and 50 cases of Parkinson~ disease were collected and analyzed. Results： The score of UPDRS I was correlated with the course of disease （ partial regression coefficient ,β = 2.08, P = 0. 001 ）, education degree （β = - 2.89, P 〈 0. 001 ） and drug therapy （β = -0.62 ,P 〈 O. 001 ）. The score of UPDRS 11 was correlated with the course of disease （β = 1.89, P 〈 0. 001 ）, HY degree （β = 3.21, P 〈 0. 001 ） and age（β = 0.23 ,P = 0. 001 ） . The score of UPDRS llI was correlated with HY degree（β = 2.76, P 〈 0. 001 ） and drug therapy（β = - 1.78 ,P = 0. 001 ）. The score of UPDRS was correlated with the course of disease（β = 1.39, P 〈 0. 001 ）, HY degree（β= 2.65 ,P 〈 0. 001 ）, and drug therapy（β = - 1.57 ,P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion ： The course of disease, HY degree and drug therapy are the main affecting factors for survival quality of parkinsonism plus syndrome patients.
