摘  要:为检测重组人肝细胞生长因子(r-hHGF)的保肝作用,本工作观察到r-hHGF降低CCl4染毒小鼠血清ALT和AST升高的幅度,减轻肝组织受损的程度和防止肝细胞器的破坏,而且,r-hHGF的这种保肝效应所需剂量极小,为ng级。根据上述资料推测。To assess the protective effect of recombinant human hepatocyte growth factor ( r hHGF ) on liver, it was found the factor was capable of suppressing elevation of serum alanine transaminase and aspartate transaminase, lessning the severity of the hepatic lession and preventing destruction of the structure of organelle in hepatocyte of mice intoxicated by carbon tetrachloride. The protective action of the r hHGF appears to be a very small dose(ng). Based upon the above mentioned data, it is suggested that r hHGF is a very effective growth factor to protect mice liver against CCL 4 injury.
