摘　　要：黄炎培的职业教育目的理论是在其职业教育实践中不断发展完善的。他从个人、社会、国家三方面进一步提出较为系统的职业教育目的理论,把解决个人谋生问题作为职业教育的首要目的,提出职业教育的最终目的在于促进人的个性发展,实现民族复兴。The theory of vocational education purpose of Huang Yanpei is developed and optimized in his vocational educa- tion practice. He had put forward systematic vocational education purpose theory from the aspects of individual, society and nation, he recognized that, to the main aim of vocational education is to help people make living, and the ultimate purpose of vocational education lies in forstering personality development of people and achieving national renaissance.
