摘　　要：针对目前圆网印花机对花技术的现状,提出了一种基于机器视觉技术的新型圆网印花机自动对花系统。该系统采用图像传感器实时采集印花过程中的花位标记图像,利用数字图像处理算法对采集到的图像进行处理分析,实时获取对花误差,并根据误差信号转化输出为控制信号,通过控制器控制、调节各印花网筒和整纬器的运行状态或参数,实现了印花精度的智能式检测与控制,提高了对花精度,进而提高了产品质量和工作效率。A new fabric rotary screen printing machine automatism patterning system based on machine vision is introduced to aim at the current conditions of the register technology in the paper.In printing,the images of pattern position marks are captured by image sensor,the images collected are processed and analyzed with the digital image processing algorithm so that register error is acquired and the error signal is transformed into control signal in real time.Ultimately,the operating condition and parameters of each printing screen and fabric straightener is automatically controlled and modified by the controller,intelligent inspection and control of the printing precision is achieved.By this way,the register precision is improved,the quality of product and the efficiency of working are raised.
