摘　　要：随着高等教育事业的加速发展,青年教师逐渐成为师资队伍的主体。青年教师的培养是高校必须抓好的重要工作之一,也是实现中医药高等教育可持续发展的关键。结合中医药教育的现状,分析了青年教师的优势和不足。提出:提高青年教师教学水平和科技创新能力是提高人才培养质量的根本保证;并要以社会主义核心价值体系为指导,加强青年教师职业道德建设。Young teachers have become the main part of ranks of teachers along with the rapid development of higher education.The training of young teachers is one of important works in the universities,and key of sustainable development of TCM higher education.The paper analysed the advantages and disadvantages of young teachers,and indicated that the development of teaching level and innovation ability will be the basic guarantee in the improvement of talent training quality,which should be guided by socialist core value system.
