摘　　要：介绍了Orem自理模式的理论框架,完全补偿护理系统、部分补偿护理系统和支持-教育系统在产妇分娩不同阶段运用的现状及效果,Orem自理模式在产科应用的前景展望。It introduced the theoretical framework of Orem self - care model. It introduced the status quo and effect of applying fully compensation nursing system,partial compensation nursing systems and support- education system at different stages of childbirth for parturient, and application prospect of Orem self- care model in obstetrics department.
