摘  要:新医改方案对我国基层卫生服务提出了新要求,作为基层卫生服务的核心力量,全科医师的医疗技术水平直接影响基层卫生服务的质量。因此,全科医师的教育培训工作显得尤为重要,对推动我国医药卫生体制改革、实现新医改方案的目标意义重大。因此对基层医生进行全科医学岗位培训,选择适宜的教学内容,研究应用有效的教学方法,使其在较短时间内掌握全科医学的知识和技能,提高其医疗服务质量,是解决我国基层卫生服务人才不足的有效途径。The new plan for reform of the medical and health care system puts forward new requirements for community - leveled medical and heath service system. As the core of community - leveled medical and heath service system, the profes- sional proficiency of general practitioners will directly affect the quality of health care service. Therefore, the post training for general practitioners is of significant importance to the promotion of medical and health care system reform and the fulfillment of the new plan for medical system reform. In the post training of community - leveled general practitioners, the content of the train- ing needs to be properly selected and the effective teaching methods should be carefully studied and applied. In this way, the general practitioners can master the knowledge and skills of general medicine in a short time so as to improve their quality of health care service. This is an effective approach to remedy the shortage of community - leveled health care providers.
