摘　　要：阐述了股票期权激励对企业发展的重要作用,利用我国上市公司的数据,对股票期权激励的现状和实施效果进行了系统的描述和分析。This paper expounds the important function of stock option motivation on enterprise development, and describes and analyzes the present situation and implementing effects of stock option motivation by using the data of Chinese listed companies.
