摘　　要：研究生导师的问题,事关学生创新教育的最终效果,必须予以重视。针对目前社会上关于研究生创新培养及导师工作的一些讨论,对大家关注的研究生导师工作的几个问题提出了自己的观点和看法。创建科学、合理的导师工作机制与模式,可以使导师的指导工作能更好地遵循研究生创新培养规律的需要。The issue of graduate tutor must be given great weight,which is related to the effect of innovation education.Aiming at the current discussion about the post-graduate training and tutors＇ work,several views and understanding of graduate tutors work were presented in this paper.Scientific and rational tutor working mechanisms and patterns should be created to make tutors＇ work meet the need of graduates＇ innovation training better.
