摘　　要：自1958年以来,美国联邦学生资助体系为美国高等教育大众化发展提供了重要支撑。经过半个世纪的发展,这一体系所带来的贷款化、多样化、市场化等倾向也引发了一些问题,2008年爆发的金融危机又使这些问题变得日益棘手。本文在概述美国联邦学生资助体系的现状、特征与问题的基础上,分析了金融危机对美国高等教育的冲击及其对该体系构成的挑战,介绍并评述奥巴马政府提出的改革措施。The federal student aid system has been a significant support for the Massification of American higher education since its form in 1958. After several decades of development, the federal student aid system has presented some new features, which is loan dominated, diversified and marketized. However, the system also leads to some problems. The economic crisis broke out in 2008 intensified these problems. This article first outlines current situation and present problems in the federal student aid system, then discusses the impacts of the economic crisis on American higher education, introduces and reviews the reform measures proposed by Obama Government.
