摘　　要：高校创新型实验可以充分发挥学生学习的主动性和创新性,有利于提高学生综合运用知识分析问题和解决问题的能力,使学生尽快地适应社会发展的要求,是对新时期"创新型、研究型"人才培养模式的有益探索。本文以北京师范大学食品分析大赛为例就创新型实验在开展过程中遇到的一些问题进行了分析探讨,并提出了改进方法。Creative experimental courses set up in colleges and universities can fully unleash student＇ s initiative and innovation, which also can improve student＇ s comprehensive analysis and problem-solving abilities. It is an exploration on education mode of training of innovative, research-oriented students, The paper gives some discussions and improvements to the problems encountered in the process of carrying out food analysis competition which is one of creative experimental courses in Beijing normal university.
