高职管理类专业建设存在问题的调查分析

摘　　要：目前高职管理类专业建设中存在校内外实训基地建设投入不足、教学改革创新力度不够、教师队伍实践教学能力不强、职业资格证书获取率不高和教材的实用性不突出的问题。作为对策,高职院校应该以先进职教理念为引导,突出校内外实训基地建设的重点;以课程体系建设为基础,构筑能力本位的多元化考核体系;以提升实践能力为核心,打造高素质的"双师"型教师队伍;以完善课证融通机制为手段,创设学生获取职业资格证书的有利环境;以开发自编教材为根本,逐步形成实用型的特色教材体系。There are some problems in the construction of management specialty of higher vocational education.The investment in training base within and outside the college is inadequate;education reform and innovation efforts are not enough;practical teaching ability of teachers is not strong;the rate to obtain the vocational qualification certificates is not high;practicality of teaching materials is not good.The paper presents five countermeasures for higher vocational colleges to deal with the above problems.Firstly,following the advanced concepts for the vocational education and highlighting the construction of internal and external training base.Secondly,building a competency-based and diversified evaluation system based on the construction of curriculum system.Thirdly,constructing high-quality Double Qualified Teacher teams by enhancing the practical ability as the core.Fourthly,creating favorable environment for students to gain vocational qualification certificate by improving the mechanism of Lesson Certificate Integration.Finally,gradually forming the practical and characteristic teaching material system by developing self-compiled teaching materials as a fundamental.
