高师院校学生教师职业技能的内涵标准研究

摘　　要：随着现代科学技术和网络信息的日益发展以及新课程改革的不断深入,对基础教育教师职业技能有了全方位的新要求,也给高师院校师范教师专业人才的培养提出了新的挑战。我们从教师职业技能的标准与发展角度研究了教师职业技能的内涵,力求建立起教师职业技能的三级指标体系,以便为师范生实施教师职业技能的训练与考核方案提供参考。The rapid development of modern science and technology,and the progress of internet information and the further reform of the new curricula not only require more all-round vocational skills of elementary education,but also bring new challenges to the training of vocational pedagogical talents in normal universities.This article mainly talk about the connotation standards from the perspective of the standards and the development of teaching vocational skills,aimed at establishing a system,so that it provide a reference for the training and evaluating of students＇ vocational skills in normal university.
