藿香正气软胶囊中挥发性成分研究

摘　　要：目的对藿香正气软胶囊中挥发性成分进行研究。方法通过GC-MS对挥发性成分进行分离,对分离的各成分进行结构检索,应用面积归一化法确定各成分相对百分含量。结果从藿香正气软胶囊中共分离122个挥发性成分,鉴定了其中62个,占总挥发性成分的80.49%。结论通过对挥发性成分的研究,为藿香正气软胶囊质量的深入研究提供了依据。OBJECTIVE To investigate the volatile constituents in Huoxiangzhengqi Soft Capsule.METHODS The volatile components of Huoxiangzhengqi Soft Capsule were separated by GC-MS and was identified by comparing the structural information given by the MS database,relative content of each compound were calculated by area normalization method.RESULTS 122 compounds were separated from Huoxiangzhengqi Soft Capsule,and 62 compounds were identified,accounting to 80.49% of the total essential components.CONCLUSION Through the researching of the volatile components of Huoxiangzhengqi Soft Capsule,could provide some useful information for the further researching of the quality of Huoxiangzhengqi soft capsules.
