p16和cyclin D2在卵巢颗粒细胞瘤中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究p16和细胞周期蛋白D2(cyclin D2)在人卵巢颗粒细胞瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法实验组选取80例经病理医师诊断为卵巢颗粒细胞瘤的石蜡切片,用免疫组织化学法检测其中的p16和cyclin D2表达的变化,并与健康对照组比较。结果p16和cyclin D2在卵巢颗粒细胞瘤组的表达率分别为12.50%和81.25%,在对照组的表达率分别为27.78%和38.89%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。p16与cyclin D2在卵巢颗粒细胞瘤中的表达呈负相关关系。结论人卵巢颗粒细胞瘤中cyclin D2表达明显增高,而p16的表达明显降低,对研究卵巢颗粒细胞瘤的发病,发生具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the expression of p16,cyclin D2 in human ovarion granulose cell tumor and the clinical significance. Methods The paraffin sections from 80 patients diagnosed as ovation granulose cell tumor were collected. Experssion of p16 and eyclin D2 was measured with immunohistochemistry. Results The expression rates of p16 and cyclin D2 in ovarian granulosa cell tumor were 12.50%and 81. 25% respectively,while the rates were 27.78%and 38.89% respetively in normal ovarian tissues and there was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The expression of p16 was correlated with that of cyclin D2 with the correlation coeffi cient being -0. 45. Conclusion The results of p16 and cyclin D2 could be used as the study of the occurence of ovarian granulosa cell tumor.
