摘 要:采用3因素5水平2次通用旋转组合设计,在田间布置小区试验,研究了不同水平的氮、磷和种植密度处理对红小豆伤流量及成分氨基酸含量的影响,建立了相应的回归方程。结果表明:对伤流量的影响,氮、磷起主要作用,互作均不显著;理想氮、磷和密度组合方案为N 20.60-25.80 kg·hm^-2,P2O5 20.67-32.45kg·hm^-2,密度21.04万-23.96万株·hm^-2。适宜的氮、磷和密度能够提高植株伤流量。氮、磷和密度对伤流量及氨基酸含量影响都呈正抛物线状,氮肥达到了显著水平;氮—密度互作达到显著水平;理想氮、磷、密度组合范围为N 24.97-30.85 kg·hm^-2,P2O526.14-42.86 kg·hm^-2,密度为19.63万-22.70万株·hm^-2。伤流量及氨基酸含量变化与红小豆氮素的吸收效率有相似的规律。Designed by general rotational regression method and cultivated by means of small region culture in field,effects of different N,P dosage and density level on the bleeding sap and amino acid content of adzuki bean were studied and regression equations were established.Results indicated that 1.relationship between the bleeding sap of adzuki bean and N,P,density were important;there were not interaction between N,P and density.Optimum N,P dosage and density were 20.60~25.80 kg·hm^-2,20.67~32.45 kg·hm^-2 and 2.104×105~2.396×105plant·hm-2respectively.The proper N,P dosage and density could improve bleeding sap of adzuki bean.2.relationship between amino acid content in the bleeding sap of adzuki bean and N,P,density were parabolas,N was significant;there were interaction between N-density.Optimum N,P dosage and density were 24.97~30.85kg·hm^-2,26.14~42.86 kg·hm^-2 and 1.963×105~2.270×105plant·hm-2 respectively.Amino acid content synchronously vary with N-absorption efficiency of adzuki bean.
