摘　　要：华北电力大学工程训练中心（下称中心）是国家级实验教学示范中心建设单位,秉承学校＂重实践、强能力＂的传统,经过多年的建设,逐步发展成为一个既具备工业技术基础实践条件,又体现电力工业现场实际技术水平的现代化、综合性工程训练实践平台。中心以创新人才培养为己任,特别重视学生创新思维、创新能力的培养,在工程训练的基础上,大量增加创新项目,从体系构筑、硬件建设、制度保障等方面不断完善,使其不仅成为学生进行工程实践训练的重要基地,更成为学生创新实践的乐园。The Engineering Training Center of North China Electric Power University（NCEPU） is a national experimental teaching demonstration center construction unit.This center inherits the tradition of ＂Emphasizing Practice and Strengthening Capability＂ of NCEPU and has gradually developed into a modern and comprehensive engineering training practice platform with basic practice conditions of industrial technology and shows the actual technical level in power industry field after years of construction.This center takes the responsibility of training talents,especially focuses on the cultivation of the student＇s innovative thinking and creative ability.Based on the engineering training,plenty of innovative programs are put on,and things have been continually improved in system constitution,hardware construction,institution security and so on.The center has become not only an important base for students to go into engineering practice training but also a paradise of innovation practice.
