摘  要:采用测定鼠李糖乳杆菌LT22培养物的生物量及酸度的方法,对培养基的成分和起始pH值、培养温度、时间、方式及接种量进行优化;通过测定培养物的pH值和A600,绘制鼠李糖乳杆菌LT22发酵增殖曲线。结果表明,鼠李糖乳杆菌LT22发酵培养基的优化组合是:20%麦芽汁、3%豆粕汁,添加适量的无机盐;优化后的培养条件是:培养基pH值自然,30℃~37℃静置培养48h,接种量2%。发酵增殖曲线表明生物量与pH值正相关,培养36h时菌体生物量达最大值;38h时培养物pH值为最低值。The optimal fermentation conditions of Lactobacillus rhamnosus LT22 were investigated through determination of biomass and acidity in this paper. The growth curve was also obtained by determination ofpH and A600.The optimal conditions were as followed: the concentration ofwort 20%, the concentration of 3% soybean extract, additions of inorganic salt, natural pH, fermentation temperature 30℃-37℃, static fermentation time 48 h and inoculum 2%. There was a positive relation between biomass and pH. The highest biomass was obtained after 36 h fermentation, and the lowest pH was found after 38 h fermentation.
