摘  要:通过5因素4水平的正交试验,研究反胶团体系中丁二酸-2-乙基己基酯磺酸钠(AOT)浓度、萃取pH值、萃取离子强度、反萃取pH值、反萃取离子强度5个因素对L-精氨酸提取的影响。结果表明:萃取pH值和反萃取pH值对L-精氨酸的反胶团萃取起着显著作用,各因素作用的主次顺序为萃取pH值>反萃取pH值>萃取离子强度>反萃取离子强度>AOT浓度,即萃取pH值对反胶团萃取L-精氨酸影响最大。正交试验得到的最优提取条件为萃取pH 7.0,反萃取pH 13.0,萃取离子强度0.2mol/L,反萃取离子强度1.5mol/L,AOT浓度60.0mmol/L,L-精氨酸的萃取率65%左右。Extraction of reversed micelles is a kind of new and high efficient technology to separate the active organism matter. The AOT concentration, extracting pH, extract -ing ionic strength, reextracting pH, reextracting ionic strength in reversed micelles system and the influence that five factors to the L-arginine extraction were studied through the orthogonal experiment with five factors and four levels. It indicated that extracting pH and reextracting pH were the main effect in the L-arginine extraction of reversed micelles, and the order of factors is extracting pH 〉reextracting pH 〉extracting ionic strength 〉reextracting ionic strength 〉AOT concentration. That is to say extracting pH is the main one. The best extracting conditions are extracting at pH 7.0 and reextracting at pH 13.0, extracting ionic strength 0.2mol/L and reextracting ionic strength 1.5moFL, and AOT concentration 60.0mmol/L. The rate of extracting L-arginine can be about 65 %.
