摘　　要：土地还原利率是土地管理过程中应用广泛的专业指标,是资本投资回报率的一种表现形式,反映的是投资资本的收益能力。土地还原利率的确定方法主要有3种,本文主要是采用了实际基础资料,运用相关统计知识,综合分析确定还原利率。Land to restore the interest rate is widely used in the process of land management, professional indicators, the rate of return on capital investment as a form of expression reflects the earning power of investment capital. To restore the land to determine the interest rate are three main methods, this paper is mainly used an actual basic data, using relevant statistical knowledge, a comprehensive analysis to determine the interest rate reduction.
