摘　　要：介绍了一个基于ＳＵＰＣＯＮＪＸ－３００的酱油生产过程计算机监控系统，在简单介绍生产工艺基础上，对控制系统的硬件、软件及其控制方案作了详细的介绍。经过现场的运行表明，该系统设计简单、可靠，并取得了显著的经济效益。Abstract Computer control system for sauce production based on SUPCON JX 300 is described.After the introduction of sauce production technology,the computer hardware,software and control methods are presented in detail.It has achieved good results in the factory.At the same time,it shows that the computer control system is reliable.
