摘　　要：目的:观察多次增量使用氯胺酮对小鼠体重、自主活动和行为学症状的影响。方法:将30只雄性小鼠分成实验组和对照组,每组15只。实验组按逐日递增原则,第一天腹腔注射氯胺酮5mg.kg-1,之后逐日增加5mg.kg-1,连续10天,10d给药量为50 mg.kg-1;每日分别于8时、12时、16时三次给药。对照组腹腔注射生理盐水,给药剂量同实验组;11d侧脑室注射10ng.kg-1NMDA诱发戒断症状,比较实验组和对照组小鼠的戒断症状。结果:与对照组比较,实验组的体重无显著性差异;但10d实验小鼠的自主活动次数增多;且用NMDA激发后,实验组小鼠的直立、舔足、挠耳次数也显著增多。结论:连续多次增量使用氯胺酮及用NMDA促发对小鼠体重无明显的影响,但对自主活动、部分行为学症状有明显差异,故在此模型中,可用自主活动次数、直立、舔足、挠耳次数可以作为评价小鼠躯体依赖性的指标。Objective： To observe the effects of repeated ketamine（Ket） on weight, autonomic activities, behavior and symptom in mice. Methods： Thirty male mice were random divided into experiment group and control group, each group is fifteen mice. Experiment group mice inject morphine with 5mg·kg^-1,10mg·kg^-1, 15mg·kg^-1, 20mg·kg^-1,25mg·kg^-1 ,30 mg·kg^-1,35 mg·kg^-1,40 mg·kg^-1,45 mg·kg^-1,50 mg·kg^-1 experiment dosage at eight, twelve and sixteen o＇clock and successive ten days. At the eleventh day, experiment group mice inject NDMA to compare the difference of behavioristics symptom in experiment group and control group. Results： There were very significant differences in behavioristics symptom and autonomic activities times compared to baseline （ P 〈 0. 01） ,but no significant differences in weight between experimental and control group （ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： There is not significantly different on weight after natural withdrawal and injecting NMDA with repteated administration of ketamine,but there are very significant differences on autonomic activities times and behavioristics symptom. The times of uprightness ,licking toes and scratching ear can be regarded as the mark of the mice＇s physical dependence.
