摘　　要：给出了复合矩阵与伴随矩阵的一个关系式，并依据此关系式推导出伴随矩阵与复合矩阵的一些结论．A formula of relation between conpound matrice and adjoint matrice is presented.Some conclusions of compound matrice and adjoint matrice are obtained on the basis of the formula.
