煤层气发动机线性歧管压力观测器的研究

摘  要:针对预混合双阀控制系统的煤层气发动机,利用稳态和动态实验数据辨识了进气歧管压力平均值模型的参数。依据Luenberger的状态观测器理论,通过极点配置确定合适的反馈增益矩阵,构建了歧管压力闭环观测器。采用节气门阶跃变化的实验数据,对观测器的观测效果进行了检验。结果表明,歧管压力观测器具有良好的预测和噪声抑制能力。对于系统动态非线性的影响,有必要采用非线性观测补偿器来改善观测器的鲁棒性。Aimed at a pre-mixed coal-bed gas engine with double valves control system, the parameters of the intake manifold pressure mean value model were identified with experimental data on steady state and dynamic state. Based on the Luenberger state observer theory, an intake manifold pressure closed loop observer was developed by poles placement to define an appropriate feedback gain matrix. The observation effects of the observer were examined with experimental data for throttle valve step change. The results show that the manifold pressure observer has good predication and noise suppression ability. As for influence of dynamic nonlinearity in the system, a nonlinear observation compensator is necessary to improve robustness of the observer.
