姜蒜片辅助降血脂功能试食试验研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究姜蒜片降血脂的作用。[方法]将受试者按血脂水平随机分为姜蒜片试食组和安慰剂对照组,以双盲法进行试验。[结果]姜蒜片试验组试食后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)与试食前比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),且试食后TC、TG与试食前比较分别下降11.23%、19.32%;试食后试食组TC、TG与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]姜蒜片具有辅助降血脂作用。[Objective] To study the effect of dietary jiangsuan tablets on decreasing the serum lipid. [Methods] The test-receivers were randomly assigned into the jiangsuan tablets group and the placebo group according their serum lipid levels,and the study was designed as a double blind clinical trial. [Results] The total cholesterol （TC） and triglycerol （TG） levels of the jiangsuan tablets group decreased by 11.23% and 19.32% ,respectively,which showed statistical significant difference when compared with the placebo control group （P﹤0.05）. [Conclusion] Jiangsuan tablets have effect on decreasing the serum lipid.
