摘　　要：论文讨论了铀矿开采方面的安全政策与环境保护事宜,介绍了一些西方国家如加拿大和澳大利亚在铀矿开采中值得学习的最佳实践的经验。它包括:在矿山前期的可行性研究中,利益相关者能进行实质上的参与;采矿经营在严格的国家卫生与放射性防护的实践法规下进行;环境管理体系运行良好;在矿山经营的末期,必须执行土地复垦项目,其资金可以来自于内部基金和外部基金。The article discusses the safety policies and environmental aspects in uranium mining sector, and introduces some of best practices that can be learned from the uranium industry in some western countries such as Canada and Australia. It includes., before mine commence, there is a feasibility study in which stakeholders participate essentially, mining operations are undertaken under strict national health and radiation protection codes of practicel environmental management systems sound good; at the end of mine operation, rehabilitation programs must be implemented, money for this purpose can come from internal fund and external fund.
