摘 要:目的了解滁州市某中学高中生的饮食相关行为现况,为制定青少年饮食相关行为的早期干预措施提供参考依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法选择学校作为研究现场,采用"中国青少年健康相关行为调查问卷(高中卷)"对滁州市某高中1126名在校高中生进行调查。结果喝软饮料≥1次/d的报告率为14.5%;经常吃甜点率为12.4%;过去7d内,少喝奶制品或豆浆率为63.6%;偏食报告率为35.3%;少吃早餐率为10.9%;通过控制某种食物摄入量进行减肥的报告率为11.1%;24h或更长时间禁食报告率为1.5%。结论被调查高中生中普遍存在多种不良饮食行为,需要及早制定相关干预措施,指导高中生建立良好的饮食习惯。Objective To understand the current condition of dietary behaviors and weight reducing behaviors of high school students in Chuzhou, and to provide basis for making intervention measures. Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey of dietary behaviors was conducted among 1 126 high school students selected by using a stratified cluster sampling method in Chuzhou. Results There were 14.5 % students who drunk soft drink more than one time everyday, and 12.4 % students ate sweet food per day; 63.6 % students drunk a glass of milk infrequently, 35.3 % students had a penchant for some food; 10.9% of them did not have breakfast regularly, 11.1% students were on diet to control their weight. 40.3 % students had more than two kinds of unhealthy dietary behaviors. Conclusions Among the surveyed students, unhealthy dietary behaviors and weight reducing behaviors were common. Therefore, it is necessary to induce the students to have healthy dietary behaviors.
