摘 要:从进化学视角构建了一个企业文化演化分析框架,并运用跨案例研究方法,依托三个来自于制造行业的典型案例,验证了所提出的假设命题。研究结果表明:一系列文化模因构成的动态整体是企业文化演化的基本架构;企业文化选择结果由最佳期望利益和组织有限理性共同决定,差序格局是中国企业产生选择理性偏差的重要原因;企业文化的变革源于外部文化扩散和内部文化薰染;企业文化最终的保存和内化取决于该文化的存活率、传播的准确性和繁殖力。This thesis constructs a theoretical framework for the evolution of corporate culture form the viewpoint of sociobiology. By applying cross - case study in 3 typical cases in manufacturing industry, we test our propositions. The results show that: the corporate culture is structured by a series of meme which is dynamic but serving for the whole culture; the corporate culture selection is determined by the maximum expected interest and bounded rationality, and the pattern of difference sequence serves as the critical reason for the irrationality; the variation is derived from the cultural diffusion of external culture and enculturation of the internal ; the final retention and internalization are affected by the longevity, fidelity, and fecundity of the existing culture.
