摘  要:将从深层培养的金针菇菌丝体中提取的糖蛋白,选定三组不同的剂量,对荷瘤S180小鼠给药。结果表明金针菇菌丝体糖蛋白有明显的抑瘤活性,且可显著提高网状内皮系统口服吞噬功能,此外还可提高荷瘤小鼠的体重并增加胸腺指数;体外淋巴细胞增殖实验结果表明,该糖蛋白可显著提高小鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞活性。FMG1 was isolated from the mycelia of Flammulina velutipes.Three dose groups were designed separately in the experiment.The antitumor test dcmonstrnted that FMG1 had prominent antitumor effect on Sarcoma 180 in vivo in oral administration. In addition, it remarkably increased phagocyte's function of reticuloendothelial system, thymus index and weight of tumorimplanted mice.Moreover,the results of T-1ymphocyte proliferation experiment showed that FMG1 could also remarkably increase the proliferation of T-1ymphocyte of mice's spleen.
