摘　　要：通过对企业人力资本投资理论的深入认识,将数学最优化方法研究理论运用到企业人力资本管理,在对企业人力资本投资进行效益评价的基础上,建立企业人力资本优化配置模型,并指出企业对人力资本投资优化创新的同时应重视对人力资本投资环境的优化。This paper puts forward the opinion of applying the math optimization method research theory in enterprise manpower capital management to establish enterprise manpower capital optimized allocation model based on having benefit evaluation for enterprise manpower capital investment after having in -depth cognition for enterprise manpower capital investment theory. This paper puts forward enterprise shall attach much importance to optimization of manpower capital investing environment when executing manpower capital investment optimization innovation.
