论新形势下如何加强高职学生思想政治工作

摘　　要：当前我国高等职业教育处在历史发展的最好时期,其各个方面都得到了很大的发展并取得了较大的成绩;但我们也要看到,高职教育在快速发展过程中还存在很多问题,特别是其学生思想政治工作过程中凸现出来的一些问题尤为突出。本文从工作实际出发,总结、发现了当前形势下高职学生思想政治工作中存在思想上不重视、管理体制和运行机制不善、职业特点不突出等几个重点问题,对这些问题进行了分析并提出了有针对性的解决途径。At present, the higher vocational education of our country is in the best period of its historical development, and every aspect has made great progress and achieved a lot, but we should keep in mind that there exist many problems in the process of its rapid development, especially in ideological and political education for the students. The paper has concluded and discovered several outstanding problems concerning carelessness in conception, imperfection of managing system and operation mechanism and unclearness of the characteristic about profession in the ideological and political education for the students of higher vocational education colleges at the present situation. The paper has analyzed all the problems and provided the methods to solve them.
