金融危机下衡水中小企业人力资源管理策略

摘　　要：以衡水市中小企业为例,探讨金融危机下企业人力资源管理应对对策。通过分析衡水市中小企业人力资源管理现状,结合金融危机对中小企业的冲击情况,提出了衡水市中小企业金融危机下人力资源管理应对策略的几点建议,并就实施过程中应注意的问题进行了总结归纳。The article explores the human resources management countermeasures against financial crisis by taking Hengshui small and medium enterprises as example. By analyzing the status of human resources management, combining with the impact of financial crisis, it offers a few strategies and other issues in the implementation process.
