摘　　要：大学精神是强化高校师德的能源和动力,而高校师德是传承大学精神的基石和纽带。应努力采取各种措施,使二者相谐相生,最终达到和乐、和顺、和美的境界。The university spirit is the energy and the power to strengthen the university teachers＇ ethics, which in turn form the cornerstone and the link to inherit the university spirit. Measures of all kinds should be taken to ensure the harmonious development of the two so that the desirable harmony of happiness, agreeableness and beauty is reached.
