摘  要:文章以国际立法为视角分析了就业歧视的定义和危害,通过与国际立法的比较找出了我国反就业歧视立法与国际立法的差距,并提出了制定专门的《反就业歧视法》、设立专门机构、完善行政和法律救济机制以完善我国反就业歧视法制体系。From the angel of international legislation, the article analyzed the definition of employment discrimination and its hann, found out gaps between our anti - discrimination legislation in employment and international legislation by comparison with the international legislation, proposed the development of special "anti- employment discrimination Law", the establishment of special- izecl agencies, and the improvement of administrative and legal remedies mechanisms to improve the legal system of China's anti - discrimination in employment,
