摘 要:以玉米膨化粉、大豆浓缩磷脂为原料混合生产大豆磷脂粉,通过正交试验确定玉米粉膨化的最佳工艺条件,即膨化温度170℃、水分含量18%、模孔孔径7 mm、螺杆转速200 r/min。玉米膨化粉其纹理性组织发生显著变化,玉米膨化粉与大豆浓缩磷脂1∶1充分混合后磷脂粉具有特殊的香味,浅黄色至棕黄色粉状,散落性好,便于添加到基础日粮里,实验表明将磷脂粉添加到饲料中,营养价值丰富,可提高断奶仔猪增重,降低料肉比,有明显的经济效益,值得推广应用。Soybean lecithin meal was produced from extruded corn flour and condensed soybean lecithin. And the optimal process conditions of flour extrusion, i.e. extruding temperature 170℃, water content 18%, die hole diameter 7 mm and rotating speed of screw rod 200 r/min, were determined through orthogonal test. Texture structure of the extruded corn flour changed significantly. The lecithin powder fully mixed from extruded corn flour and condensed soybean lecithin, with a mixing ratio 1 : 1, had a special flavor, light yellow and/or buff and brown colors and fine scattering characteristics. Thus it was easy to be added into the basal diet. This experiment indicated that pig feeds containing soybean lecithin powder were very nutritious and could increase the weight gain of weanling piglets and reduce the feed-meat ratio. Consequently, it had significant economic returns and was worthy of popularization and application.
