云南农村中小学教师工作满意度与社会支持调查

摘　　要：采用斯佩克特工作满意度量表(JSS)和肖水源社会支持量表,对滇中、滇西、滇东北1028名农村中小学教师进行问卷调查,结果显示:农村中小学教师的工作满意度普遍偏低,男性教师和年轻教师尤为突出,关注教师的晋升、激励、提高社会支持是提高农村中小学教师工作满意度的主要措施。The investigates of the job satisfaction and social support of 1028 rural primary and secondary school teachers from the middle, western and northeastern areas of Yunnan through Spector＇ s Job Satisfaction Scale （JSS） and Xiao Shuiyuan＇ s Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS） reveals that the job satisfaction of rural primary and secondary school teachers is low, especially for those male teachers and young teachers. The implication of the study is to provide the administrators of educational institutions with suggestions and statistical evidence to analyze the teachers＇ work, to develop strategies to stabilize the rural teaching staff and to improve the quality of rural education.
