摘　　要：高校图书馆管理有必要引入激励管理。引入竞争机制,全面推行聘用制,实施科学有效的培训,提高人力资源素质,完善岗位设置、工种安排及考核评价机制,关心馆员个人发展,强化职业发展规划。it is necessary to bring in the inspiration mechanism for the management of libraries in colleges. This inspiration mechanism lies in employing through competitive tests, giving scientific and effective training, perfecting the design of positions and evaluation system, caring about the individual development and career planning for the librarians.
