摘　　要：外语教师专业化发展理念:一指内在的教师个人在专业教学生涯中的心理成长过程,二指在职教师受外在的教育或培训而获得上述方面的发展,即倡导教师立足课堂的校本教学研究和加强外语教师师资培训,在师资培训中注意培训模式与教师角色转换相协调。Foreign Language Teacher＇s specialization development philosophy consists of two aspects： on the one hand, it refers to the intemal process of teachers＇ psychological growth during their specialization education career, and on the other hand in refers to the external development of the inservice teacher that benefits from education or training.Namely, the school-based classroom- teaching research and strengthening the training of foreign language teachers should be initiated and we should pay attention to the harmony of the training mode of faculty with the roles changing of teachers.
