摘　　要：目的观察幽门螺杆菌(HP)清除治疗对功能性消化不良(FD)疗效的影响,并探讨HP与FD之间的相关性。方法将已确诊为HP阳性且均为汉族的FD病人112例随机分为两组,观察组57例,对照组55例。两组病人均予以口服质子泵抑制剂和对症治疗,观察组在治疗的同时加用克拉霉素和甲硝唑作HP清除治疗,对照组则不作HP抗菌治疗,总疗程为4周,疗程结束后比较两组病人的症状改善程度。结果两组病人的症状改善程度有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论清除HP对于FD病人临床症状的控制有显著影响,HP与FD密切相关。Objective To investigate the influence of eradication therapy of Helicobacter pylori（HP） on efficacy of functional dyspepsia（FD）,and to discuss the correlation between HP and FD.Method A total of 112 Han patients with FD accompanied by positive HP were randomly divided into two groups：observation group（57 cases） and control group（55 cases）.Symptomatic treatment and H＋-pump inhibitor were administrated in two groups for 4 weeks.In addition,the eradication therapy for HP with clarithromycin and amoxicillin was undergone in observation group,not in control group.After that,the improvement degree of symptoms was compared between two groups.Results There were significant differences in the improvement level of patients＇symptoms between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusions The eradication therapy for HP has significant effects on improvement of symptoms of FD.HP is closely correlated with FD.
