摘　　要：该文简要分析了目前流行的多媒体创作工具的功能和特点,提出了一个集多媒体信息处理、剧本编辑及演播于一体的创作系统的设计原则及总体功能结构,最后给出了用Visual Basic语言编写的播放图形、图像、动画、声频、视频(AVI、MOV及VCD小影碟)等多媒体信息的应用程序.This article Briefly analyzed present popular multimedia creation tool＇s function and characteristic,proposed the design principle and total function structure of the creation system which gathers the information processing,manuscript of the multi-media information editor and plays to sow in the integral whole.Finally the a multimedia information application procedures which can play the graph,the image,the animation,the tone frequency,the video frequency（AVI,MOV and the VCD small video disk） with Visual Basic and so on have been geve.
