摘 要:[目的]观察模拟教学法对护生应急组织能力的影响。[方法]将170名护生按年级分为实验组和对照组。对照组按传统的单项急救护理实验项目教学;实验组在传统教学基础上,根据病例设计救护预案,将各项急救护理技术融为一体,实行模拟急救训练。课程结束后分别对两组护生进行操作考核,对实验组护生进行问卷调查及评价。[结果]实验组、对照组考核成绩分别为88.69分±3.63分、84.95分±6.49分,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),97.78%的护生认为将模拟教学法引入急救护理实验教学中是必要的。[结论]模拟教学法有助于培养护生的团队精神和应急组织能力,提高护生的综合救护能力。Objective:To observe the influence of simulation teaching method on stringency organization ability of nursing students.Methods:A total of 170 nursing students were divided into test and control group based on their grade.Students in control group applied traditional monomial nursing experiment teaching method.Students of test group applied simulation teaching method besides the traditional teaching according to clinical history designed rescuing prediction.Various items of emergency nursing skills should mix together and they were received simulation first-aid training.All nursing students of the two groups would be examined respectively on their nursing manipulation after lessons.Nursing students in test group would be evaluated and investigated by filling out questionnaire.Results:Examination results of two groups were 88.69±3.63 and 84.95±6.49.There was statistical significant difference between them (P0.01).Totally 97.78% of nursing students thought it was necessary to apply simulation teaching mode in experimental teaching of emergency nursing.Conclusion:Simulation teaching method could foster team spirit and stringency organization ability of nursing students.And it can also enhance the integrative rescuing ability of nursing students.
