摘  要:本文从生产目的或工作活动过程、技术活动要素结构与技术知识门类三个角度,试图解析职业教育层次之间的差异性。How to view and make a distinction between secondary vocational education and tertiary vocational education, and what is the connotation of "higher" in the discourse of "higher vocational and technical education"? To analyze the distinction between levels of vocational education from the three dimensions of production purposes or working process, the structure of the elements of technical activities and kinds of technical knowledge will be of great practical significance for making clear the cultivation objectives in different vocational education stages, encouraging vocational institutions of all levels to forming their own characteristics, and establishing flexible pathways in vocational education.
