摘　　要：通过从风险社会的角度分析药品安全问题,深入探讨了引发药品安全问题的原因。提示应正确看待药品安全问题,通过加强风险教育提高全社会的风险和危机意识,增强预防风险和应对危机的能力;同时,应采取相应的措施,消除不合理的风险承担机制,合理、科学地调整医药产业结构,提高企业的创新能力和竞争力;建立公开、透明的药品安全信息发布机制,规范媒体宣传,普及药品安全相关知识,提高公众对于药品安全的知情度和满意度。The reasons of drug safety issues were analyzed deeply from perspective of risk society theory,from whichwe should keep correct view of drug safety issues,through strengthening risk education to improve awareness and ability of prevention for the whole society on risk.Elimination of unreasonable risk taking mechanism to avoid embarrassed situation of uncertain subject of responsibility,rational and scientific adjustment of medical industrial structure,improving enterprise＇s innovation capability and competitiveness,avoiding vicious competition homogenization and drug manufacturing defects which may be induced by this.To establish an open and transparent drug safety information release mechanism,regulate the media to popularize knowledge of drug safety to raise satisfaction about drug safety of public.
