摘  要:传统的旨在提升农村教师专业水平的教研活动存在调课难、集中难、活动成本高、现场观摩影响教学、农村教师缺乏话语权、城乡教师互动交流合作少等缺陷。基于网络教学平台开展的城乡教师异地同步或异地异步教研活动,可以实现点评专家同步点评,教学活动真实,观摩教师积极、平等地参与网络互动研讨,从不同角度有感而发的跟帖本身可以转化成后来学习者持续反思学习的"活资源"。研究证明,基于网络教学平台的异地教师教研互动,可以有效地提高农村教师的专业水平。The traditional teaching and research activities, aiming to improve the professional level of the rural teachers, have some defects such as the rural teachers are difficult to change school timetables, difficult to concentrate together; the activities will always cost a lot; the public teaching will influence normal teaching, with the lack of rural teachers discourse power and the lack of intercommunication between the urban and rural teachers. The long-distance synchronous or asynchronous research activities, based on network teaching platform between the urban and rural teachers, can realize the synchronous comment of the experts, and achieve the real teaching activities. The viewing and emulating teachers can energetically and coequally participate in the internet-based interactive activities. The interaction can also become the learning "live resources" for the later learners. The research has proved that the interactive study of asynchronous teachers can effectively promote the professional level of rural teachers.
