摘  要:为了利用淀粉废水生产活性蛋白饲料,采用混凝法从小麦淀粉废水中提取固形物,并在湿态固形物中加入菜籽粕、麸皮、啤酒酵母泥做成培养基,添加适量尿素、光合细菌进行固体发酵生产蛋白饲料。结果表明:在小麦淀粉废水中加入2.5%的石灰乳(质量分数10%)、2%的聚合氯化铝(PAC)溶液(有效铝质量分数5%)、0.8%的聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)溶液(质量分数0.3%)、沉降20min,固形物回收率达82%;用回收固形物:菜籽粕:麸皮:啤酒酵母泥为45:40:10:5(质量比,以干物计),混合均匀做成含水55%~58%的培养基,并添加1.0%的尿素、1.0%~1.5%光合细菌,采用自然光静置培养2.5 d,蛋白质质量分数可达35%。In order to get active protein feed from starch wastewater, firstly, solid matter of wheat starch wastewater was extracted by using the coagulating method; Then rapeseed meal, wheat bran and beer yeast slurry were added into the hygrometric state solid matter to make substrate for fermentation; Finally urea and photosynthetic bacteria were put into the substrate and solid fermentation was carried out. Results: The first step, the recovery of solid matter reaches 82% with adding the following chemicals and precipitating for 20 min: 2.5% of Ca (OH)2 at 10% consistency, 2% of PAC solution with 5% effective A1 content, and0.8% of PAM solution at 0.3% consistency. The second step, the established ratio of recovered solid matter, rapeseed meal, wheat bran, and beer yeast slurry is 45 : 40 : 10 : 5 ( w/w, dry basis), making a substrate with moisture 55% - 58%. Lastly, the conditions of the solid fermentation are urea 1%, photosynthetic bacteria 1.0% - 1.5%, and static -culture for 2.5 d under natural daylight. The protein in the substrate reaches 35% after the fermentation.
